Crafted from apricot-colored Alabaster stone resting on a limestone base, this piece is designed to reveal the natural indentations in the stone juxtaposed with its smooth surface. It mirrors my life, which has been marked by both challenging rough patches and moments of beauty and tranquility. When I embraced yoga, this sculpture served as a reminder of a meditative pose to adopt when life throws us curve balls and presents unexpected challenges.   Created in 2014.
