While I was walking around the carving site in Marble, Colorado at the Marble/marble Symposium, I came across this rare charcoal colored Yule Marble. As is my usual style, I clamped the stone to a huge vise so I could core the inside of the stone and cut the sides in angles, leaving certain parts of the stone in their raw form. I then polished the cut lines and insides to a sheen.
Dimensions: 2.5"h x 7"w X 5.5"d.
