These bronze penny loafers were cast from the original stone carving sold in 2010. I had a very well loved pair of penny loafers in the 1970s that I used to wear all the time. They were a classic and comfortable shoe and they remind me of the good old days when I was young and the world was at my feet. This is a piece of nostalgia for the time when life was (or seemed to be) simple and easy.
