Description:

This sculpture evokes a time when cleanliness and success were marketed as a package deal, using a tube of Crest toothpaste as a symbol of both individual care and collective aspiration.

- Robin Antar

This life-size piece alludes to the American “White Teeth, Fresh Breath" campaign that dominated mid-to-late 20th-century advertising, promoting ideals of health, beauty, and success through the simple act of brushing one's teeth. The squeezed-out toothpaste represents the passage of time, the habitual routine, and the fading memories tied to a once-iconic marketing message. The juxtaposition of the toothbrush and toothpaste reflects the lasting legacy of consumerism and the rituals ingrained in American identity.
